Return Policy
* Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
* Poorna Boutique has full rights to cancel & refund the money of any orders without customer approval due to incorrect information in the order like courier delay, manufacturing delay, etc…
* In case the ordered product is out of stock, then a refund will be processed within 7 days via UPI ID or Through a Bank Account.
* Returns will not be entertained for reasons of slight difference in color or Feel of Material.
* If you think, you have received the Wrong Saree or Damage Saree,
Kindly send an email to support@poornaboutique.com) with (Parcel Opening video without any Cut or Edit)
* Exchange can be done with Other Products or Refund. We will pay the shipping cost in case of Saree Damage/Wrong product.
